📌 Key Information Before You Join

There are two types of subscription access available on ShareMySub:

1. Login Credentials (Username & Password)
2. Invitation Link (e.g., family/group share link)

👉 Before confirming your subscription, click the ℹ️ icon (located in the top right of the subscription detail page) to verify the access type for that particular service.

🛠️ Step-by-Step: Joining a Subscription

1. Visit the Marketplace
   Browse through available subscription listings by visiting the ShareMySub marketplace.
2. Search for the Service You Need
   Use the search bar or categories to locate the subscription service you want to join.
3. Click “Join”
   Once you find a suitable listing, click on the Join button next to the offer.
4. Select Number of Slots
   Choose how many slots (i.e., user seats) you’d like to reserve for yourself.
5. Review and Accept Terms
   Carefully read the service’s Terms & Conditions, then proceed to select your payment method.
6. Activity Verification
   ShareMySub automatically checks the Owner’s recent login activity. If the Owner hasn’t been active for a while, an internal audit is triggered before your payment is finalized — this is to ensure service availability and protect your experience.

🧭 After Payment is Confirmed

Please immediately verify the type of subscription you joined (credentials or link):

🔐 If Access Is via Username & Password:

• Head to the Subscriptions tab in your account to view the login credentials under the CREDENTIALS section.
• Try the provided credentials on the actual service.
• If the credentials are invalid or expired, you can:
• Click Submit Feedback just below the credentials.
• Or contact the Owner directly through the group chat.

🔗 If Access Is via Share Link:

• Go to the Subscriptions page and enter the group chat.
• Politely request the Owner to send the access link (e.g., family invite).
• Once received, click the link while logged into your own account on the respective platform to join the Owner’s shared group or family plan.

⚠️ Pro Tip

Always use the in-app messaging system to communicate with Owners. Avoid exchanging personal contact details (like email or phone number) to ensure your safety and avoid violating ShareMySub’s usage policy.
